dc.description | The Department of Music presents "Black, Red, White, and Blue" by the Carthage Wind Orchestra and the Carthage Concert Band on Sunday, March 17th, 2013 at 3:00 pm. This concert was conducted by James Ripley and featured student Samantha Whalen as a soloist on the clarinet. Pieces by the Wind Orchestra included "Red Rocks Fanfare" by John Bogenschutz and "Black Dog" by Scott McAllister. Pieces by the Concert Band included "Blues for a Killed Kat" by Jack End and "The Purple Pageant" by Karl King. | en |
