    Description
A hypothesis is made that areas of Kenosha, Wisconsin experiencing an increase in the number of Hispanic residents to the point that the area is now predominantly Hispanic will develop differently from areas where the number of Hispanic residents has remained small. The housing values of the predominantly Hispanic areas will be lower than those in other areas of the city, and there will be little new construction to the areas. The businesses in the areas will consist mostly of small, family owned businesses and many will have Hispanic affiliation. Housing and businesses will be closely located. There will be few, possibly no large corporations or office buildings in the areas. The communities will be very tight-knit and social. The landscape will facilitate community living, and there will be some common tie in the area," such as a church, school, or possibly some type of business that encourages a sense of community. The community will also make some display of their heritage, whether it be through the names of businesses or through some type of signs or cultural symbols.
