    Abstract
According to the Fair Housing Act, no discrimination can occur against someone as they look to move to a new home. To help enforce the regulations put forth by this act, government officials have asked cities to produce an Analysis of Fair Choice Housing Impediments (AI). The city is expected to have an up-to-date AI on hand at all times. The City of Kenosha last produced an AI in 2005, resulting in no major impediments. This study looked at more recent data to update the city’s AI for their records. Data was acquired and analyzed to determine these results. It was concluded that minority segregation, based on race and income, has increased in Kenosha.
