    Abstract
This study examined the relationship between birth order and personality as it relates to classroom climate. Birth order in this study refers to the ordinal position in terms of the actual birth order in the family. This study investigated the personality differences related with the various ordinal positions from an objective, and external frame of reference. This study explored whether traits previously correlated with birth order were in fact found in the learning environment. This study included children from two-parent and single-parent homes (as a result of death or divorce), and children from blended families.
