    Abstract
.Students, especially those diagnosed as having Emotional/Behavioral Disorder (E/BD), sometimes exhibit a set of behaviors thatinhibit them from being successful in the school environment. While there are multiple social-skill intervention strategies in place, they do not all fit each student's needs and abilities adequately. Along with a low-degree of individualization inherent in some socialskills interventions, there may be a low-degree of leveling including as well; these would inhibit a student from being met where they are as far as social-skills as well as preventing them from moving forward with their goals. Even if a successful intervention has been selected and is being implemented, outside factors can limit the potential success of it. Teacher bias and lack of initial and/or ongoing training can take a potentially beneficial social-skills intervention and make it fail. This project was created in response to social-skills interventions that have not created lasting results/generalization of skills for one reason or another, in an attempt to identify and eliminate what is prohibiting the success. This project is a guide for any person that is looking to have success with a social-skills intervention.
