The purpose of this project was to present an example of a training program for a horizontal jumper. This project attempts to expose what aspects of training are essential for jump success as well as looking at a specific training program that could be used to develop a horizontal jumper. Data were also examined for jumpers that were trained using components of the prescribed training modalities. In analyzing these data, coaches will better be able to determine what training modalities need to be altered, deleted, or added to the training program.en_US
