Implementing the Integrated Comprehensive Service Model (ICS): A Guidebook for Professional Learning Communities
Abstract
This project focuses on developing improvement strategies for an ICS full-inclusion
service delivery model through the leadership and guidance of Professional Learning
Communities. The project was created through West Middle-High School as the creation of the
Equity in Learning Team led by the author guided a school improvement plan to better serve the
full-inclusion community. A comprehensive literature review in conjunction with a resource
implementation guidebook is included to help serve education professionals looking to
implement an ICS model through the practices of well-led learning communities.
