An Example of the Integration of Wireless Devices into Classroom Instruction
Abstract
This project deals with the integration of wireless devices in the French language classroom. In order to use these tools in a purposeful and meaningful way, Crime Scene Investigation is resorted to as a frame. Chapter One sets the project in today's context while Chapter Two reviews the small amount of published literature on the topic. Chapter Three focuses on the lesson plan itself, and Chapter Four presents the results of the implementation of the previous chapter. The field-testing results show that the experience influenced the participants' perceptions regarding use of wireless technology for instruction. Finally, Chapter Five presents limitations and further discussions that sprung from this project and the state it anchors itself in.
