This course will provide an interdisciplinary introduction to how psychological science research can present us with data-driven strategies that teach us how our behaviors and choices can affect our stress and well-being. Students will explore how psychologist, biologists, and behavioral economists apply experimental work to recommend how behaviora change in our daily lives can lower stress and increase happiness. During the course, students will both critique and implemet research-based methods in their own lives, with the end goal of lowering stress and measuring change in well-being.
