    4cr An introduction to the history and culture of ancient Greece from the rise of Alexander the Great in the 4th century BCE to the conflicts with Rome and the death of Cleopatra, the last Ptolemaic queen. Students will be introduced to the various developments in Greek civilization, including art, mythology and religion, archaeology, and literature. This course is cross-listed with the History Department. Prerequisite: None
