Currently, Complete Feed Service’s delivery system is unorganized and inefficient. It is imperative that a new system be established for cost effectiveness in this company. This thesis focuses on my strategy to solve their problems with their delivery schedules. One aspect of geography is the description of land, sea, air, and the distribution of plant and animal life including man and his industries. Efficiency deals with an orderly, systematic, and organized approach to the delivery system at Complete Feed Service. I will develop an organized route system that will consist of geographical quadrants strategically determined based upon my research of the company’s customers, and in turn will result in an approximate 30% savings in fuel cost and employee’s time, which in the end result, saves money. The delivery routes are inefficient and therefore the goal is to improve the efficiency of the delivery routes.
